Close premier inn for rail into London?

Hi

I am looking for a premier inn that has good rail links to London ? We would be travelling from the north east of England and looking to stay on a Friday to attend a Saturday matinee concert or alternatively travelling down early Saturday morning to hotel area then going into London by rail and returning and staying over on the Saturday ?

Any ideas of towns / areas that would be suitable ??

The Ilford Premier Inn is 20 metres from the entrance to Redbridge tube, on the Central line.

Or try the Travelodge at Gants Hill, which is quite small - it's in the grounds of a pub-with-rooms, but the pub changed hands and the new owners didn't want to do rooms, so it's now a small Travelodge. Also very close to a Central line stop.

I used to stay at both quite a lot. Sometimes I would walk from the Travelodge to the Premier Inn for breakfast, back when Premier Inn breakfasts were cooked to order (all buffet now, sadly).

Just off the A1 Borehamwood has a cluster of Ibis/Premier Inn and Travelodge which are normally priced fairly well parking all have some. Not too far a walk to the station has good access to London.
