Activity holiday; like Ómis

We stayed in Ómis, Croatia last summer. Loved the white water rafting, canyoning, zip-lining activities and relaxing on the beach in the afternoons.
Looking for similar places for my active family, for late August. DC aged 12 &13. Between 7-10 days, not wanting an AI resort. Happy to get an Air BnB/VRBO.
