Luxury campsite in France

Has anybody been to a place I am looking for?
Requirements:
High end/luxury campsite/holiday village
Direct beach access - either Mediterranean or a good sized lake, not Atlantic.
Sailing/windsurfing etc offered.
Must have a good kids club for pre-teens
Sports for parents - decent gym and good group classes.

preferably in France.
Any suggestions? Google has 2 billion options but not quite what I'm looking for.

Have you looked at Eurocamp/Sandaya/Yelloh websites? Or Club Med? I'd say Pierre et Vacances but it's not that lux. I've never been anywhere that offered sailing. High end campsites - Riviera villages near St Tropez.

Kontiki is lovely and right on Pampelonne Beach - they have a couple of others - private pool/hot tubs available.

thanks, yes I've looked at all the websites, and Kon Tiki or Prairies de la Mer could be an option (not looking for club med style AI this time).
We were in Biscarrosse this year, and they have sailing/catamarans and many other water sports, which was great, but the accommodation and restaurants were not the best. As that was also advertised as 5star high end campsite, checking if anybody has personal recommendations.
