Centre Parcs

I wanted to ask what the checking in procedure is at centre parcs? Do they have a check point as you enter or do you go straight to reception and get given the keys to your accommodation and wristbands?

It's a drive up situation with a hut with a number of windows like a drive thru. You give them your booking number and they tell you your lodge and give you a bracelet which is your key. So your passenger needs to be able to access the info too.

Depending on what time you arrive you can either go straight to your lodge or park up until you can go in.

Thanks for the info. We are considering booking. How expensive is it when you get there and is the food expensive too?

I don't know what you mean by "how expensive is it when you get there".

The only thing that's free is swimming and m activities bookable and payable in advance. Assume you can book stuff when you're here if there are spaces.

It seems quite expensive to eat out to me but I don't eat out usually so not really got anything to compare it to. The kids meal in the American diner was £11 for two courses which seemed okish to me.

There is a co op supermarket on site which is a bit steep compared to Aldi but I find co op expensive anyway!
