Wizz Air email

Hi everyone. Can anyone help with an email address for Wizz Air. Along with thousands of others our flights were cancelled this weekend.

I'm finding Wizz air really awkward to deal with and want to send an email detailing a lot of things

I'd prefer to use email so I can track it but as is the way with Wizz they aren't providing one for their customer service department.
Can anyone help ?? I've obviously googled but I can't find anything.
Thanks

Try their FB page maybe ?

info[at]wizzair.com is the only one that I can find. Not sure if it would take your email to the correct place, though.

Thanks. I've tried Instagram but not on Fb.
Will try that info too.
Thanks

They are an absolute nightmare to get hold of.

Good luck OP - they are beyond impossible. We ended up taking them to the ombudsman thing, even when it was awarded in our favour it took ages to get the payment out of them. I will never use them again. Sorry I know this isn't much help to you OP!

Sorry, they are very hard to get hold of, I've had experience of this. I did eventually get money back from a cancelled flight via their online claims though - you can do that via their site. It's quite easy to use but it takes an age to come through.

the have a form for complains on their website

They are hideous to deal with. I had to go through the app first and then ended up in a (very) lengthy email convo..ultimately I lost (I was moved out of my seat, which is paid £20 extra to choose, the air hostess said I would be refunded if I complained, "customer services" disagreed and said the air hostess would be "re-educated" 😳). I felt I'd taken up £20 of their time so gave up.

E-mail is useless for support as they get too much spam. Use Twitter/X (create an account if you don't have one) and send them a direct message to their account (@ wizzair, without the space). That way you get the benefits of using the chat function on the website but without it going poof at the end of the conversation.

That said, Wizz Air is one of the worst for customer service, so expect this to take a long time to get sorted. 😢

Consider a bank chargeback.
