Hotel recommendations - winter sun, short haul, multiple requirements!

Hi all looking for any hotel recommendations with the following criteria...

• Not in Greece or Greek Islands
• Max 4 hour flight from Manchester
• Around 19-20 degrees C in Dec/Jan
• 4*
• Good food with clear allergy labelling and vegan options
• Less than 30min drive from airport
• Heated outdoor pool
• Option for a room to have a kitchenette would be bonus
• All inclusive and/or half board options
• Budget around £2k for 8-10 nights

Has anyone got any personal recommendations? We will be travelling with an 18 month old so no need for a proper kids club.

Madeira. The hotel I was going to recommend failed at the last sentence as it's adults only, but the island would be suitable.

We went to Tenerife couple of years back! It was called green garden resort and we had a room, kitchen area, outdoor mini garden and separate sleeping area for children.

They also decked the rooms out with toys and drawing/dress up for the children! It was really child friendly.

Pools heated too and the food was lovely! I want to go back so I'd definitely look at this.
