Migraine and travel insurance

A long shot but I’m trying to get info about whether I can get travel insurance cover for holiday cancellation due to migraine. I am on prescription medication for regular and totally unpredictable migraine attacks that can last for days and we have already missed a holiday due to me being too ill to travel - we had a standard policy that didn’t cover late cancellation and we lost all the money we’d spent on it. Can’t afford (literally) for that to happen again but before I spend hours on the phone trying to get through to insurers it would be good to know if it’s even possible to get the cover I need…

you don’t need to call anyone

you just need to read the policies re cancellation and curtailment and do an online quote where you advise you suffer from migraines

I put migraines down for travel insurance and have never been refused. Presumably if your insurance cover cancellation because of sickness then you’ll be covered. Look at the small print though.
