Spanish baby friendly hotel recommendations & bottle prep abroad

Hi I’d like to take my (will be) 4 month old to Spain in September. We use the fridge method to prep bottles and wondered how you do this abroad? Do I boil bottled water and go through the same steps? Hotel mini fridges always seem warmer than normal fridges at home. Is it still safe to do fridge method?

I can’t take RTF as she’s on comfort formula and they don’t make it in RTF. I plan to order formula to boots in the airport or see if it fits in my suitcase?

Also if anyone recommends any baby friendly hotels in Spain/Mallorca please let me know!

I recently took my then 6 month old to Majorca. We stayed at the Alua Sun Cala Antena resort and they were really lovely with my DD. Cot came already set up in the room and we had a ground floor family room which was great because there was space to put pushchair in without having to keep folding it. The hotel is pretty basic but the food was great and it's pretty cheap- comes up on all the usual package companies.

They didn't have a fridge though in the room although you might be able to request it. A lot of 3/4 stars don't anymore for some reason. I mainly BF but I did use formula whilst away as a top up. I took my own kettle and bought bottled water to use. I then sterilised the bottles in the sink using boiled water. That did the trick.

I think most hotels are baby friendly and it's lovely how attentive staff can be to babies from my experience. Good luck and hope you find something
