Hi all, any recommendation for a reasonable priced mini city break abroad in October/ November
looking for a pool and possibly a spa in the hotel, central location , good food and easy to navigate … Any suggestions .. going with the sister for a much needed R& R break !

Eastern Europe will be cheapest. Look up flight to Polish cities and places like Prague, Bucharest, Budapest etc.

But if you wanted some heat, you could try Seville or Malaga. It was 26 degrees in Seville, early November last year.

Latvia. Cheap food and accommodation but high quality.

Seville is marvellous - and plenty of places, apartments and hotels with roof top pools. Should be perfect weather.

Budapest and Prague are also lovely but more likely to be cold and damp in October/November.

Malaga old town is lovely

Palma de Mallorca is another option

Budapest is lovely - might be a bit colder then, but we stayed in a modern hotel with an enclosed roof top pool which was great. And there are several beautiful spas around the city.
