European break in February

We want to go for around 5 days. Seville was our first choice but flights are more than £600 so once we add in accommodation and spends it may be a bit too expensive.

Any ideas? Somewhere pretty, plenty of places to mooch about and not freezing 😬.

We've loved...

Bergamo
Barcelona
Valletta
Funchal
Paris
Tours

Any suggestions? Thanks

We normally go away mid Feb. We did Seville a few years ago, was lovely!

we’ve also done Palma, Malaga and Valencia at that time of year and always had a few days of sunshine/sitting out drinking Aperol. Valencia this year was 20+ degrees and lovely

Valencia was also going to be my first suggestion

Malaga - could do with Cordoba or Granada quite easily

Sicily - Palermo, or I’d think about the south coast maybe, Syracuse area perhaps as a base

Paphos is lovely in February, usually low twenties and a great temp to sight see

We went to Rome, mid to late teens temperature wise and few crowds. It was fab!

Lisbon or Porto.
