Sherwood or Whinfell Centre Parcs 3yr old?

Just wondering if there is any significant difference between Sherwood and Whinfell Centre parcs for an 4yr old and 1yr old? Done a bit of research but hoping someone has experience of visiting both!

sherwood is the flattest centre parcs. I think in the summer that's great for walking round with the pram.
