Looking to stay at Kremlin palace Lara beach anyone have any reviews about the area?

We normally like to go out and venture about on some days is turkey somewhere you can do that?

I have a 4 and 6 year old looking for turkey as seems the only place within our budget don't usually like going all inclusive but looking at what's available for self catering or bed and breakfast it seems sensible.

Hi, I am staying at Crystal Paraiso Verde, not far from Lara beach, towards end of August, when prices start to drop slightly!! Family of 5 - 6, 6 and 9. Been Turkey various places many times, great family holiday, just can be a bit 'racist' at times, staff favouring Russians etc, but this is quite common and have seen it first hand, otherwise you can't go wrong wherever you go in Turkey! Best place to check on 'what to do' is tripadvisor! Plenty of great family friendly boat trips/excursions, some hotels let you preorder a 'packed lunch', ask when you check-in, they don't always advertise this!

Thanks for this! Yes I'm looking at the same dates really well 22nd onwards. Been looking at some reviews too you seem to get quite a lot for your money and hotel compared to other destinations such as Spain etc

I've not stayed at the Kremlin but stayed at the hotel next door. This area is filled with large all inclusive complexes and so whilst there are some bars and restaurants to visit in the area, there's not many. What there is can be expensive and from that hotel you are a bus ride away from the main area.

Buses are cheap and regular and stop just outside the hotel in both directions. You can use your debit card to buy tickets on the bus and it can get busy, but you'll be getting on near start...it's about 15 mins to busy area with shops, bazaars and bars. Taxis are also plentiful, but more expensive.

So we didn't venture out as there just wasn't much to do outside the hotel, but to be fair all the hotels in that area are huge complexes designed with plenty to occupy you on site, eg water parks, beaches, nightclubs, entertainment etc. We went in August and it was super hot so also didn't real feel like venturing far.

We went in April but not to that specific hotel. Our hotel was fantastic, amazing complex with so much to do that we didn’t venture out far, literally just down the road but felt uncomfortable and went back to the hotel. The weather was warm but not too hot and a fraction of the price of going in August. We would definitely go again, 5 star luxury accommodation with all inclusive perks. Highly recommend.

That hotel has come up time and time again on my holiday searching but, as is typical for Turkey, there is never the holiday scene going on outside those big resorts so we tend to default back to Canaries/Majorca/Spain/Greek Islands
