Are saltwater pools suitable for babies?

I am just about to book a holiday to Menorca with my 11mo dd but both of the swimming pools are saltwater.

Will this irritate her or make her sick?

Any experiences?

so long as they're warm you should be fine - dd went in the salt pool at Centerparcs at 5m

shower/bath well afterwrads

I'd avoid them as the water is so nasty if they get it in their mouth.
We found a salt water pool when we took our boys * and 10 to Fuertaventura and they HATED it.
