Special birthday - young family suggestions

Want to surprise my husband next year for a special birthday we will have 3 children under 5 and definitely want to take them he's a fantastic hands on dad and I know would enjoy what I have in mind but I just can't find it. I think I'd rather do a UK stay maybe long weekend or a week depending where it is I had considered a 'lion lodge ' but actually on hindsight think the kids might be terrified. I'm trying to find a lovely air b and b with an indoor pool / hot tub / soft play set up I don't know if this even exists. ! Any suggestions for somewhere really special you've stayed bonus points if great for a young family

@Forgottenmyphone @minipie thanks so much this is just the thing I'm after just wish they were a tiny bit closer we are in north yorks so closest 4.5 hours with 3 children under 4 is hard work. Will definitely consider top one is my fave !
