Where in Greece end October?

As the title says, where in Greece for me, DH and DD (13) at end October?.

As above, Cyprus would be warmer.
Crete might still have things going on but Greece (the islands anyway) are pretty much closing down mid October.

I don’t think it’s warm in Greece in late October.

We were in the south of Crete in early October last year and it was still quite hot during the day (sea temperature was fine and we were still adjusting our days to the heat). It was considered an end of season though.

So I suppose Crete or Rhodes, but look at the main cities or big resorts to make sure the services will be available.

Went to Corfu mid Oct last year. Weather was warm but everywhere was shutting down for the end of the season. The restaurants that were still open while we were there were shutting the following week.

A few years back we did Greece in October for a week with our mid teen DD. We flew to Athens, did a couple of days there to see the main sights and got a ferry to Hydra for the rest. It was lovely. On the quieter side but we prefer that and restaurants etc. were open. Sea temperature was perfect and we had daytime temperatures of around 25 degrees.

Kefalonia. If you stay near the capital, Argostoli, there will be enough places open.

I believe you should go to Santorini. The island is outstandingly beautiful, but there are no crowds. In fact, late October is one of the best times to visit.

OP did you go? Considering for this coming October (2nd to last week). We would likely spend a few days in Athens first but not sure where to go after. I like the idea of going when it is not so hot but worry about everything being shut down.

We have booked a 7 night Classical Tour which is the only way could figure out the logistics of seeing everything on DDs list! New stop every night so will be pretty full on and tiring but DD is ecstatic. 19th Oct.
