SOS Anyone used FREE NOW?

Has anyone used the free now app for taxi transfers? I need to use it in Poland. Is there a better app for an airport transfer?

I've used it a few times in Germany. Taxis arrive on time (and you can select size of taxi you need for number of people/luggage etc). Never felt ripped off, paid with a card at end of trip and drivers always very polite/helpful. Assume it's just their "Uber". Sorry I can't comment on using it in Poland, just wanted to say I've used it and not had any issues.
