easyJet have completely destroyed my Silver Cross pushchair and now won't replace it like for like. We flew home to Liverpool airport and the pram came off the belt absolutely obliterated (couldn't even open it up). I made a claim straight away after it happened, but they're telling me they can't replace it like for like, they can only offer me a similar pushchair they have in stock (a Joie one that is £95 cheaper than my Silver cross). Has anyone had this scenario? Will I get anywhere arguing with them or should I just accept their offer and move on?
