Hotels in Nice

Can anyone recommend a good hotel in Nice for a long weekend?
Preferably on/near the promenade or in the old town, 4 stars, nice bar.
Going round in circles and just can't make a decision!

Hotel Westminster is really good. Went there 4 years ago.

Hotel Suisse is very nice and near the Promenade, Old Town and Colline due Chateau.

The restaurant and bar at La Perouse are gorgeous.
