I am really after some advice from anyone who has stayed at the above resort, or turkey in general.
I keep reading that you need to take Euros not Turkish Lira but we have got all our money in Turkish Lira. Will this be a problem for anyone who has stayed there?
Also, we want to be able to tip the cleaner, bellboy (we hear there is one when you arrive), waiters etc.
Do you tip everytime they get you a drink for example? I hear that if you tip once they give you excellent service and keep coming back but does this mean we tip every time, and equally what is considered a good tip in turkish lira.
20 turkish lira is not even 40p in sterling at present so feels really a cheeky tip but I read online this is what you should tip but I dont want to offend?
I know you dont have to tip, and we dont have loads of money, we are taking 9000 turkish lira with us for 10 nights, but its all inclusive so hoping this will be enough to include tips, and maybe one night out for a meal, no trips planned.
if anyone can give any advice it would be really welcome.
