Flea bites on holiday while pregnant - concerned

Hi!
I've been in Spain for the last week on holiday. I've woken up with four or five itchy spots on my hand and leg which look like bug bites. We sat outside eating last night. I've just realised that this may be really serious, as I am 9 weeks pregnant.
Has anyone else had any insect bites on holiday while pregnant?
Was everything okay?
Terrified I've harmed my baby by not thinking about the risks.

Why would it be serious? I don't think Spanish bugs carry diseases dangerous to a pregnancy

And use insect repellent to help prevent bites. More likely to be mosquito bites than flea bites though

Yep, sorry my mistake. Insect bites in general!

There Is no Zika in Spain. Cover up I’d not use chemicals on me if pregnant.
