We booked 9 nights in July. We are terrible with heat so booked Ultimate for the AC as well as the space. Then I got this email yesterday:
"It has been brought to our attention that the 3 bedroom Ultimate accommodation, with covered decking does not feature air-conditioning as previously advertised. The price has been adjusted accordingly and a refund is on its way back to your original payment card. "
The website still shows Ultimate and a few other types having AC. Anyone been there recently?
