Hi, I’m flying to Spain next week with my child & wife, my mother also booked to come with her then partner, since booking they have parted ways & he will now no longer be coming, the price to cancel him off the holiday was ridiculous, the holiday is all paid in full, does anyone know what will happen if he just doesn’t show up at the airport check in desk. My mother is the main/lead passenger on the booking. What if we said he became ill the day before or somthing , has anyone else ever been in this situation. Thank you
Gareth

I would guess that only applies if you want a discount for being single. In this case they have paid for 2 people already and only 1 using room.

Not looking for any refunds just want the holiday to go smoothly haha!

Thanks, yes I have paid in full for the Tui package booking which includes flights and hotel but just wasn’t sure if they would dispute the other person not being there.

Nobody is bothered they've had the money if there's only one instead of two you might get a couple of pitying looks lol but maybe that's my own interpretation.....I was fed up repeating there was only me but once you've got your room it's done ..... happy holidays

But here it is their mum travelling with a family so people probably won't even realise a partner was ever coming

I would let Tui know via a customer service email for peace of mind and just be clear you're not looking for a refund - it could make everything easier on the outbound flight and avoid issues in a foreign airport when you check in. I did this in similar circumstances.
