Big holiday, this summer, 3 kids, £10k. where?

DH and I both have about 3 weeks off work at the end of July/beginning August. We are looking for a 'wow' holiday for that time. Somewhere memorable and interesting, given we never get that amount of time off as a family.

Kids are 8, 6 and 2 so very family friendly is a priority. Budget around £10 - 15k all in. Happy to drive and get a ferry (from Scotland) or fly but not long haul.

Any ideas?
