Please help!!!

Having an absolute nightmare trying to find something to suit us, please does anyone have any recommendations. The main two things we wants are good for toddlers and close to airport so a short transfer time.

When do you want to go?

Menorca is usually good as short flight times and generally short transfers.

Royal Son Bou Family Club in Son Bou, Menorca is great for toddlers and about 20 mins in a private transfer / taxi from Menorca airport

I second Menorca.

Even if you went on the other side of the Island from the airport, in a taxi, it’s only 40-45minutes. It’s such a small island that nothing is really far away and it’s so family friendly.

mid July. Royal son bou looks perfect but fully booked in July sadly.

not sure on availability- but would also recommend MarSenses Paradise Club Hotel in Cala’n’Bosch or Zafiro Menorca also in Cala’n’Bosch

do you know how long the transfer time is from the airport?

Benalmadena on the Costa de Sol. 20 minute taxi ride from the airport, clean and family friendly.

North side of Tuscany, around Pisa, in the agri turismo areas is lovely.

Cala’n’Bosch is further along the coast - more like 45 mins in a private transfer / taxi

The south coast of Majorca is mostly good for transfer times too -

We enjoyed the Eurocamp site Sanguli in Salou. It was a short transfer and had fantastic pools and facilities for toddlers.

Many lovely holidays with DC when they were small in Son Bou.

Zero stress and v simple

Punta Prima is only 20mins from Mahon airport if you got a taxi/private transfer. That’s a pretty resort with a nice sandy beach. Tui have this hotel which looks good for little ones.

Even if you went to Cala n Bosch the transfer in a car would be 40-45minutes. We’ve stayed in Cala en Blanes the last 3 or 4 times we’ve been, and it’s not taken us very long at all to get there in hire car.

go to a travel agent they would be able to source the holiday for you if you explain what your requirements are

Remember that any transfer can potentially take two hours if you are on a shared coach. An hour or more while they wait for various flights to arrive whose passengers will be taking your bus, then the actual drive which might be 15 minutes or 2 hours, and then time to tour a dozen hotels and drop two people off at each, whose luggage is always right at the back of the hold. If you get lucky you can be on the last arriving flight and staying at the first hotel that the bus visits, but Sod's Law applies.

In fact the main reason for me to choose a place near to the airport is so that a taxi transfer won't be too expensive.

Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote is 15 mins in a taxi from Airport, lots of family friendly hotels.
