Where to go for Christmas

Looking for ideas as to where to go for 2 weeks for Christmas without children.

Has to be hot
On/near the beach
Ideally not Caribbean
Not high rise
Need to be able to get out & about and do things
Don't want to just lie about on a lounger for 2 weeks
If all inclusive, not a buffet, decent options for food
Up to 12 ish hours flight

Any ideas please

Mexico - Riviera Maya
Cuba - Havana and Varadero
Dominican Republic
Mauritius
Thailand - Krabi area

we did a cruise around the canaries for new year this year... temps were around 25 degress each day, it was glorious

Malaysia - Penang, Langkwai, Malacca

Thailand and Singapore.

Thailand / Vietnam or Bali!
