Long posts sorry , in need of help
We are booked through jet2, due to travel end July ,however due to one member of our party recovering from a leg operation so we are looking to change to more suitable destination. we have found somewhere else that would work, but it means day earlier (from same airport) as no flights the destination on our original fly out day . I was hoping that someone here may have had experience of doing this so late on?
I spoke with jet 2 they said changing destination is fine will need to pay admin fee, but they were not clear on the changing date to day earlier, said if changing date to later we would loose % of holiday cost but changing to an earlier date didn’t think this applied just admin fee but in truth weren’t sure ?
if anybody has had experience or knows how it works changing both date and destination of holiday to earlier date, I would be super grateful of your advice
