Which resorts and where to take new baby on first holiday?

Im due to have a baby in November 2023 and we are looking to book a holiday for next year sometime, either June or September time.
We are looking at Spain, majorca, Minorca, canaries, Portugal, Greece? Basically any recommendations and names of resorts! We like bars, lots of restaurants, nothing to lively but also a-lot of choice to go out and about.

Alcudia or Cala d’Or in Mallorca.
The Canaries are very hot in June and September.

Cala Galdana, Menorca.

Puerto Pollensa, Majorca
Lovely beach backed by pine trees and mountains. Plenty of lovely bars & restaurants. Short car journey to Alcudia or Pollensa town.
Happy memories of our first holiday there with DS1. Strolling along the seafront of an evening trying to get him to sleep so we could go and get our tapas! 😂

Seriously recommend saving your money and just heading to the Isle of wight

Cala D’Or Mallorca. Pretty beaches,family friendly,lots of restaurants/bars but not too rowdy etc
