Would REALLY appreciate some advice about the neighbourhood/area to stay within Maspalomas/Meloneras. Keen to stay in an area which is walkable to the promenades/beach/restaurants 'the buzz!' of both Maspalomas/Meloneras BUT we are on a budget and will do an Air BNB/self catering. Lots appear to be within the area I have highlighted in purple on the map - the fancier resorts right at the beach are out of price range for us. Will we be two far away (kids are 4 and 7).
