Where to go for a friendly Halloween, any theme parks in Europe?

I have a Halloween obsessed toddler and some annual leave to use up so thinking of a long weekend / week somewhere, any recommendations for a family friendly Halloween? Obvious one is Disney but will plan to go there in 2025/2026 when the youngest can go on more things plus it’s hurricane season so just don’t fancy it.

Tivoli in Copenhagen is nice at Halloween but not that big. It has been perfect then ours were toddlers.

Europa Park in Germany has lots of Hallowe'en decorations and plenty of toddler-suitable rides and play areas.

Paultons park in hampshire is very family friendly at Easter

Disneyland Paris was really good at Halloween.

Efteling in the Netherlands?

Legoland in Billund, Denmark does a good Halloween-themed weekend and is a very easy weekend break from the UK. Fly to Billund (several UK airports have flights, including the budget airlines) and stay at the Airport Hotel, a Lego Hotel or Lalandia, which has a big indoor pool area and other activities. Billund is a very small town and everything is within 10 minutes walk from the hotels.

If your child (or you) are into Lego, then a visit to the Lego House is also recommended. Millions of bricks to play with, fun activities like the animation studio (for older kids) and building your own Lego fish (it gets scanned and animated and "swims" with the other Lego fish in an aquarium), building your own Lego monsters and Lego racing cars .... for a Lego fan, what's not to like?

Definitely Efteling!

Efteling is amazing but it does Autumn theme rather than Halloween I think? We’ve only been in the Summer.

I've been to Tivoli in Copenhagen around Halloween and it was fab. There's a great museum for kids in Copenhagen too, I think it's called the Experimentarium, and a good Zoo.

Europapark is great for Halloween, a lot of halloween decorations and themed events and parades.
