Court approved the holiday. Do i need paperwork

Dad wouldn’t approve holiday so went to court and court approved it.

however, I haven’t received any paperwork to say I have permission to take my child on holiday.

what do I do if I get stopped at the airport, I’m so confused and never down before

Ask them to email it to you. Take the e mail with you and your birth certificates.
What a twat not wanting his kids to enjoy a holiday.

If you had a solicitor they should have provided you with the court signed documents!

I carry my CAO when I travel and yes I have been asked
