Short break, short haul, quiet resort

Looking for inspiration. Wanting a few days away between now and the summer hols, flying from East Mids ideally, just me and DH, small quiet seaside resort, not crazily hot, so probably avoiding Turkey, Algarve, southern Spain etc.
Any recommendations I can research?

Cinque Terre
Rimini
Corsica

I would suggest - and have been to - Ile de Ré or Pornic.

Rovinj, Croatia is a lovely place to visit

St Brelade in Jersey is one of my favourite places. Amazing beach, good choice of hotels and very handy for the airport. We also like St Aubin and Gorey.
Riva del Garda at the very top of Lake Garda is large enough to be able to avoid huge crowds and hordes of day-trippers, unlike some of the other towns around Lake Garda. It’s also good transport links to explore towns and villages nearby. It’s just over an hour from Verona airport.
