Inputting passport details

Hi

I have booked a holiday with Tui. It's in 2 weeks time to
Majorca . I have not been asked to input passport details. Do you not need to do this now? Maybe it's done at check in? Can anyone help? Thanks

Ah at check in! , no I haven't had notification that check in is open yet but will keep looking . Thank you it's been a long time since we went away and I'm worried I'll
mess things up!

We go away in 3 weeks and I've done my online check in already.

Have you downloaded and imported your booking into the Tui app? That's where I had to input passport info.

I've got the app and the booking is there but nowhere to put passenger information , 'll have another look !

You need to go to “manage booking” and it’s on there.

You can't enter the API (passport details) on the app.

You have to login to the desktop version to enter these details. You can't check in until these details are entered.

You can check in on the app when it's ready for you (48 hours before or earlier if you have paid for premium etc).

You can upload it via the app or website at any point from booking, at check in you will need to input if you haven't already.

Also if you're using a vpn while abroad you will need to disable this to check in for your return flight

Hmmm still can't see it . The booking is there, all the flight details etc but nowhere in manage my booking to add the details I'll have a look on desktop tomorrow. Thanks everyone

If your flight has a TOM or BY flight number, online check-in's really easy to use. If you’ve upgraded to Premium, Extra Legroom seats or Extra Space seats, or chosen the Select Your Seat option, online check-in will open 14 days prior to your departure. If not, it’ll open 48 hours prior to your departure.

I got back from Majorca on Thursday last week.

I had the same problem before we went - I couldn't find anywhere to enter the API in the app under manage my booking so I googled it and saw that you have to enter this in the desktop version.

I will report back tomorrow once I've tried on desktop! It's a BA flight from Southampton so may be something to do with that. If no joy I'll give them a call (the old fashioned way lol)
