EasyJet small cabin bag - recommendations please!

Hi,
I'm looking for a good bag I can use for a weekend away that will work as a small cabin bag on easyJet - max dimensions 45 x 36 x 20cm.
Budget is tight - so not Antler I'm afraid!

I'm pretty sure I saw recommendations on a mumsnet swears by email but of course didn't save it!
Can anyone help me out, please?

I have this, it holds a surprising amount.

I use the small North Face carry bag. It's a soft shell so you can squish it into the bag checker if you get asked. It fits under the seats

We've got Cabin max backpacks. Easy to fit under the seat and squishy but don't over fill. We are off next week for 7 nights and that's all we're taking. Think we paid £30 but I can't remember as we've had them a year or so.

I bought this last week to come away this week with only hand luggage. It's absolutely brilliant! Fit loads in plus my laptop.

I use a generic Decathlon 23L backpack. It’s technically bigger than the official measurements when stuffed full, but I take 40-50 flights a year and have never been stopped once. It’s soft material but super sturdy, and as I wear it on my back it doesn’t appear as big as it actually is.

This worked well for me - and there’s a £5 voucher off to use.

I got one from Amazon . Unbranded and soft. Fitted perfectly under the seat.
