Has anyone stayed in Belcekiz beaches hotel Turkey?

In ouledeniz. Looking at things to do in the area and wondering about beaches and whether they are all shingle beaches.

I haven't stayed at that hotel but in the area. Most of the beach there is shingle yes. You can go a bit further around the bay to Sugar Beach and that is sandier.

Not stayed in that hotel but been to Olu deniz a few times.

Beach is shingle mostly in resort but you can go out to blue lagoon area and to private beaches for sandier. My kids always loved Billy’s beach, has a bar/restaurant and you can swim out to a rope in the water and you usually see turtles there. There are mini buses that you can get from central olu deniz.

We are here now and it's a fab hotel! 😃

Oh wow, what's the location like and is there much to do? Are the beaches safe for swimming. Sorry for all the questions! Getting close to booking but nervous 😂

The location is great I think. Right on the seafront, albeit you dont really want to go on the beach here, too shingly. We went to seahorse beach today which was lovely and cost £10 (5 min transfer). Lots of para gliders which is super pretty. Amazing food and the staff are lovely. In terms of things to do, depends what you want really. There's tours you can book and I would recommend the drag show 'glamour'. We can for a relaxing week away before baby is due 😃
