Mobile home rental South Brittany or Vendee September

Can anyone suggest a site where we could rent a mobile home on a site with a pool in South Brittany or Vendee in the second half of September?

We've found a couple of sites but the units are very squashed together. I remember staying on sites some years ago that had hedges between the emplacements but I can't remember their names. Something similar where you're not cheek by jowl with your neighbours would be lovely.

Any suggestions, please?

The premium ones have hedges in between

We stayed at a Siblu site about 10 years ago. Domaine De Kerlann. We booked through a travel agent and asked for quiet spot. It was a long walk from the pool but suited us perfectly. We had our own terrace and little garden area. It was one of their privately owned mobile homes which was rented out through Siblu, really lovely and well kept. The on-site entertainment is very loud but we were far away from it and there were lots of trees and hedging blocking the sound.

You will need your car to do anything beyond the campsite. Lovely beaches and the town of Pont-Aven is delightful with a weekly market.

Camping de la Plage, campsite in South Brittany near Carnac , in La Trinité sur mer.

@Forgottenmyphone We took our DC there. Really enjoyed it - 25 years ago! Great beaches nearby too and plenty to see and do.
@Chersfrozenface We definitely found Britany more interesting than Vendee. If the weather is iffy you have more to see.

Le Littoral in the Vendee is a nice site especially if you have young kids.

Just be aware that some of the sites in Brittany and Vendee close by mid September and others may not have full offering of entertainment, restaurants etc.

No kids, just the two of us. We're limited as to dates.

Those sites look great, and aren't ones we've been to in previous years with offspring.

I'm inclined towards Brittany, but will probably get outvoted by the driver, who hopes for better weather further south.

I'll just have to make sure my Kindle is well stocked, in case.

@Chersfrozenface We had pleut, pleut, pleut in the Vendee. Go down to Bordeaux if weather bothers DH.

We're currently in south Brittany at domaine de leveno and our pitch is huge! (Booked via eurocamp)
Hedges either side, a covered decked area and parking for at least 3 cars!! It's a lovely peaceful site too.

Well, we've found a site with a covered, heated pool and a bar and not much else, with a reasonably priced mobile home, in Bretignolles. if the weather isn't good, it'll be pool, books, bars and gastronomy!

And I'm copying the names of all the suggested sites into a file for possible future reference.

Bretignolles has a Michelin starred restaurant. Les Sables has many entries in the Michelin Guide. Worth many detours!

We had a few days on the Ile de Re in Sept last year. We were in a hotel but they have a lot of mobile home and camping sites. In Sept, the main crowds have gone, but it still has a buzz about it. The charge to cross the bridge has halved from it's summer peak. There are some fab restaurants, bike paths all round the island and La Rochelle is an easy visit and a nice change. We loved it.
