Does anyone want to find me a last minute holiday for the week after next?

I am shit at holiday /flight searching.

id prefer a city break, so maybe 4 or 5 days. Florence would be nice, Rome, Seville…..I’ve never been to Spain or Italy at all. Tell a lie I went to Barcelona years ago. Somewhere warm with stuff to see.

flights would need to be ideally from East Midlands but could do Stansted or Leeds/bradford. I’m happy with basic accommodation such as a hostel as long as it’s a single room.

Budget?
Look at BA or EasyJet holidays.

No, do it yourself.

With those airports look at Jet2 City Breaks. They go to Florence and Rome and are flexible with trip length so should be able to do your 4/5 days depending on when the flights are.

If you can get to Stansted would you also consider Luton which gives you access to Easyjet? Or Birmingham if East Midlands suits?

I'd also look at Skyscanner where you can search to see which airlines go to your desired locations and booking.com for accommodation. Maybe start with East Midlands if it's your easiest airport. When looking at cost, remember that Jet2 include a wheelie case as well as a smaller handbag within the price, so while they might look more expensive than Ryanair and Easyjet, they're often cheaper if you need to pay for extra luggage and can't do a 4/5 day holiday with only a rucksack sized bag.

I've looked for flights to Seville myself and the only flight I can think of that goes directly to Seville is Ryanair from Manchester (be aware that Ryanair doesn't always show up on Skyscanner for some reason so might be best looking direct on their website). Also consider that if you're looking to go between now and about October, Seville and all of Southern Spain, and probably most of Italy will be very very hot, too hot to do city break walking around holidays.

Thank you. I hadn’t realised that Ryanair didn’t show up on Sky scanner, etc. I’ve found flights with them to Pisa for £84 return inc bags. And an Airbnb in Florence.
