butlins check in

i am going to butlins for the first time in june, my mum and dad are also coming to stay in a different apartment, my dad is arriving separately by train so how and what will he need to check in?
also do we need id as they don't have any?

Each booking has a lead passenger.
You will need the ID of that person to check in - driving licence, passport- if you don't have these you will need to email their customer services.

If you have booked for everyone then definitely email ahead otherwise your father won't be able to check in without the lead booker.

That said there are plenty of cafes/ restaurants on site he could wait for you - but not sure there is any left luggage facility.

thank you for your reply, just spoken with them and they did say to take utility bill and bank card if they don't have photo id. we can meet my dad at check in. i am sure my mum has a bus pass so she could use that.
