We’ve just submitted our API 2 hours late for a journey with Brittany Ferries. Are we likely to be refused travel ?? 😭

Possibly. Depends how they want to look at it.

Nope, it will be fine. Ring them to reassure yourself - but we regularly travel on P&O and their system for API isn’t great so sometimes they simply take this again as we board.

Aw thank you @Plantymcplantface , hopefully they’ll let it go. I didn’t realise and so gutted.

I would be very surprised, you can presumably buy a ticket and travel with an hours notice? We forgot and submitted ours last summer whilst travelling up to the ferry port to come home, and all was fine.
