Stay away from VRBO. They cannot resolve simple issues. Me and my partner saved up for a weekend away. We decided to switch apartments because a refund was guaranteed if cancelled within the allocated time. Something went wrong with their tech and we didn't receive our refund. More than 5 MONTHS later and a huge company like VRBO still haven't refunded us and are actually trying to get us to resolve it by contacting several different people, asking for personal documents and details. It was only £150. Not a huge amount for such a big company. Check out reviews on trust pilot and you will see how many negative experiences people have had.
