All inclusive interconnecting rooms

Looking for a holiday, but my two are teenagers and need their own room. Looking for 4/5 star all inclusive. Can anyone recommend anywhere? Is their options to search for interconnected rooms on the holiday websites?

They’re notoriously hard to search for annoyingly, travel agent is your best bet for this.

You can search for family suite or one bedroom suite which usually (not always…) means two rooms with a door between.

Whereabouts are you wanting to go?

cherryassam · 19/05/2024 23:34

Do you want interconnecting or a milti-bedroom apartment / villa?

As you can probably tell, Turkey does multi-bedroom the most. The Iberostar chain is a really good bet for interconnecting.

frazzled22 · 19/05/2024 23:57

Can't you just have rooms next door without being connected? This is what we do with our teenagers.

helpmeouttahere · 20/05/2024 00:17

Best place to book - depends on how much price vs customer service vs protection of your holiday matters.

If price is the most important thing, the cheapest way of doing things is usually either booking all elements separately or using one of the online non-ABTA companies like OnTheBeach.

If you want a bit more protection but still more of a focus on price, EasyJet Holidays is a good option.

If you want more involved customer service, one of the more traditional package operators is a good option - Jet2, Tui, FirstChoice etc.

My advice for trying to get the best deal from this sort of traditional package operator - make sure you make the most of free child place promotions, especially for a company like Jet2 where this extends right up to older teens. Book either early or late - roughly 12 months in advance or in the 4-6 weeks before travel.

Depending on your budget the Ikos chain and Sani resort also do multi room options.

Lokshen · 20/05/2024 07:14

We went here, interconnecting rooms once and family suite once. Both good. Costa Adeje a bit more going on outside hotel.

Iberostar Selection Anthelia, Costa Adeje, Tenerife

Gran Melia Palacio de Isora, Tenerife

CadyEastman · 20/05/2024 07:32

You can book interconnecting rooms at the Venetian in Vegas. Now that would help an experience for your teens Grin

CadyEastman · 20/05/2024 07:32

No AI though.

Muchtoomuchtodo · 20/05/2024 07:35

Arum Barut collection near Side in Turkey has fab rooms with 2 separate bedrooms.

Leafyleaferson · 20/05/2024 07:40

Insotel resort and spa Punta Prima Menorca has 2 bedroom apartments. We stayed there last year and can highly recommend it.

Loobyloo246 · 09/04/2025 22:29

Are there any hotels with interconnecting rooms/similar in Croatia/Montenegro?

Lou141 · 09/03/2026 14:30

bumping this thread as I have it saved as a favourite. Looking out for separate rooms/interconnecting room for teens (boy & girl) so sharing a bed isn't the one for us!!

Curlybrunette · 16/03/2026 12:20

I’ve stayed at the Iberostar Waves Las Dalias a few times and the family room is an interconnecting room.

if you have a boy and a girl are they able to sleep in the same room with single beds? This wouldn’t work if so.

Great hotel though

GracieGoes · 16/03/2026 13:00

I am a travel agent and can book everything from Tui and EasyJet to bespoke. We are almost always cheaper than booking tour operators direct and in this case I would also suggest a cruise!! Lots for teens to do plus you can pick your room location so you are next to each.

Would agree Turkey a great option too. Tenerife seems so pricey at the moment but lots of joining rooms. Let me know if we can help.

Please don't book everything separately though, at the moment you need all the protection you can get incase anywhere goes on the do not travel list. xx
