Adventure holiday for solo

Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can suggest some kind of cheap solo adventure holiday either in the UK or Europe. I have some time in July/August and really want to try something new and meet people. I would be happy with learning a new skill or hobby. Not quite sure where to start looking.

Not massively cheap but if you want something organised where’ll you’ll definitely meet other people in the same position then Solos Holidays is well established and quite good, I went on a short city break with them last year and had a good time.

I once did a Spanish language course in Tarifa, Spain. You learnt Spanish in the morning and then did something fun in the afternoon. I scuba dived but there was kite surfing lots of interesting options. It felt very social I really enjoyed it .
