Off to Barcelona for a week - Taking milk making machine

Hi all,
We are off to Barcelona for a week.
I would like to know if anyone has taken their Tommee Tippee milk making machine.?
I am planning to take ours in a rucksack, emptied of course, just to make bottle making that much easier.

I would just pack babies suitcase with a few cases of ready made aptamil

I just don't understand this. All I can think of is why? I have never taken a prep machine away and managed absolutely fine.

I did this op but put it in hold baggage rather than a rucksack.
I took a couple days worth of ready made formula for the first few and last day of the holiday, sterilising tablets and bottle brush.

Bought the formula (Spanish equivalent to apatamil) and a washing up bowl for €3 whilst over there.
Made life much easier. If you have the large suitcase allowance and there is a reasonable size supermarket nearby it really isn't that much bother.
