Caribbean in November?

Is it a bad idea to go to the Caribbean in November? Weather wise that is!

There's a useful website called StormCarib, check previous years for the islands you're interested in visiting and you should be able to make a decision from that. From memory I think hurricane season peaks in September and pretty quiet by November, but that site will confirm what actually happens.
