We travelled with BA from Belfast to Heathrow then on to Rome.
They cancelled the Belfast flight with 4 hours notice, and had to wait for 7 hours for the next flight to London. This meant it was right getting on the the Rome flight.
They then lost a suitcase and this was discovered on Monday at 9pm ish. It's now weds and we had to go and collect it from Rome airport.
They had no food on the flight and so we couldn't eat from before we boarded in Belfast (1.15 ish).
I was so stressed I actually took a random nosebleed, and then when we realised the lost suitcase it really was the icing on the cake.
According to their reviews, BA are useless. Is there a way to complain without it being a generic email they inevitably ignore?
