Caribbean at Christmas!

First world problem but we are lucky enough to be able to away this Christmas for a week and the ideal scenario with late teen and early 20s DC is to go for an all inclusive.
I’ve never done one of these usually book flights and accommodation independently and look for ever for the right accommodation But this time finding a package is the right solution. It’s a nightmare / everywhere is already booked as it’s Christmas and if it looks great then read reviews and they put you off. Best islands seems Barbados, St Lucia or Antigua to fit the bill. Anyone any experience of this feel in a panic as BA and virgin sales finish tomorrow and then prices will go up even further. Had £10k in mind but seems even upping this to £12k is hard. Any ideas very welcome even of different hot exotic locations - have done Thailand and Indonesia so would like a change !
Thanks 🙏

We went to Bay Gardens Beach Resort and spa in St Lucia for Christmas 2022.

We paid about £10k for 2 adults and 2 children. It was one of the cheaper hotels but was very nice. Right on the beach with water sports and a pool. It was all inclusive but the food wasn't that great.

We had one room with two double beds. Overall it's one of our favourite ever holidays, I'd recommend St Lucia.

Notice you'vebooked, but was also going to suggest Bay Gardens. We went back at Easter and enjoyed it just as much the second time.

You've booked so I'll just say that it is a good idea to book a package at that time of year.

14 years ago we were supposed to be in Barbados with then pre-schooler in early December. It was the year it snowed in London, shutting down Gatwick and Heathrow.
Luckily we had flexible schedules so BA rebooked us the following week at no extra cost. THEN....at the end of the week it snowed again. BA phoned the hotel before we'd had breakfast to tell us to stay put another night (again no extra cost) and they would be in touch the following day. We had friends in Florida at the same time and they were left to fend for themselves/sort out flights and somewhere to sleep.

BTW I've been to a couple of the Attitude Hotels and Coyaba Beach; I would recommend Ravenalla for teens - the pools are huge - but hire a car and get exploring the island.
