I'm going to Spain tomorrow and due on while we're there. Can you take Solphadine without a prescription?

Definitely

I believe so - be careful of any online advice that says they can be bought over the counter in Spain, this has been tightened up in recent years and many stronger painkillers are prescription only now

Yes. I have taken that and other prescribed opioids etc. I always have taken a printout of my meds with me, and kept any meds in the box if possible, with name etc. Have never had any problems at all, never even needed the printout.

Apologies, I misread on first read, I thought you meant prescribed cocodamol. Ignore my answer!
