Turkey Antalya taxi? Cancel transfers BA

I booked a holiday for my husband and I to Belek in Turkey with British Airways, I also booked shared transport both ways. Now wondering if I can cancel this and just get a taxi when we land. I have been hearing that with the transfers you will have to wait for ages just to leave the airport as you will be waiting for others to land on different flights potentially, then all the pick ups and so on, our flight lands at night too. Has anyone got any tips for getting a taxi and not being ripped off? Thanks

Taxi fares from airports to major tourist spots are set by the government and displayed on big signs at the taxi rank in Turkey. It's brilliant. (Only found this out the time I forgot to book us the transfer, but actually having a private taxi was much much nicer and worked out the same cost)

I think we will keep the transfers and if we are seeing anything we don’t like or delays we will just hop in a taxi
