Travelling with toddlers and newborn! - HELP

Role Playing Reaction GIF by Hyper RPG

Hi - We are going to Tenerife with Jet2 in December. I will have 3 girls! a 3yo, a 17month and a 3.5 month old.
I'm in meltdown mode. I've bought a Icandy peach 7 double so my 17 month old can be in stroller part of it and our baby in the carrycot part of it.
It says on Jet2 that prams are free under 10kg... It's just this is a double I imagine the weight being more.
Has anyone travelled with this before? Will I need to take pram insurance? Shall I take both stroller parts? Should I buy a case or Icandy pram bag to keep it safe?
Do i get to keep pram in airport until we board with us having a baby and a toddler who may use pram?
For my 3 year old - shall I buy a cheap stroller for her for on night times if we are eating out late or having drinks etc?

SORRY FOR BOMBARDING - This is my first time away since having a baby and now i've got 3!!!!! ha!

any advice on what to take plane/airport/our hotel is REALLY APPRECIATED!!!!

Firstly don’t panic.

as it’s a double they will probably want to put it through oversized baggage so no, I doubt you’ll be able to keep it in the airport.

Theres a number of businesses in Tenerife that hire out prams etc, we’ve used and got a big double pram, it was at the hotel all ready etc. you can always hire a small stroller for the youngest but just think of needing hands etc to push luggage to the transfers bit, I find Tenerife airport a bit slow at getting baggage to reclaim so it’s likely you won’t have a pram until you go through, so personally I would do baby in the sling and buy a cabin prams size that will go in the locker so you’ve got the 17 MO in that for passport control / baggage hall etc so you can walk after the eldest if needed and then hire a double pram when there? Or take it but I do feel you’ll need a cabin size one for straight away ?

Thanks just checked the website but seen those doubles and their side by side the 4 month baby won't be able to sit in that part as shell be too littlle and want it like the carry cot on the pram and then the stroller section as one if that makes sense... Suppose i could ask if they could source me one maybe!

Will deffo keep checking as this is an option and my whole familyare going so could hire x3 single prams ha ha!

You can’t take any pram that folds in two parts through as they need to be checked inside a bag with suitcase.

Tbh in your scenario I would buy a mountain buggy nano duo. It’s a small one piece fold travel pram. And sling for baby. Baby can use pram laid down in airport if needed or you sling baby and use pram for older two in airport.

If you want to take I candy and carrycot also for baby then take and check those parts in a pram bag with suitcases. Then you have pram for all three if needed

Or look between now and then for x2 babyzen yoyo second hand. They are the bees knees and you can actually take on board as handluggage if you book the larger hand luggage option. You can also add baby car seat to one for newborn if needed. And buggy board for eldest to one

We took our joie double on a jet2 flight and we kept it until we got to the plane doors and the. They took it off us and checked it in to the hold! Was great
