Where shall I go on holiday?

Please help me decide where to go on holiday! I want all your ideas as I can't decide. Budget is 1-2k for 1 week. We've got a 1 year old and 3 year old and would ideally like to stay somewhere with at least 2 bedrooms/ sleeping spaces (as kids just wake each other up), if not ideally 3. Where is good with young kids?

Depends if you want abroad or UK. Canary Islands or southern Spain are ideal as not too hot even in the middle of summer, very family friendly, short flight and fairly cheap.

If you want beach holiday I can recommend here, there is no entertainment at night.

There's a tidal pool very close to the accommodation or the beach. There are plenty of places nearby if you want a day out

We hired a flat by lake Balaton in Hungary and it was AMAZING.

So nice for children to swim and paddle in the lake too

Cyprus is beautiful and the Cypriots love kids. Try Pernera (nearest airport is Larnaca) which is a very quiet village but with lots of lovely restaurants many of which have outdoor play areas for children. Protaras is walkable from there which is buzzier and has more to do for kids. Beautiful beaches, the weather is lovely and the sea is safe to swim for kids too. Check out the Protaras Questions and Answers Facebook page for some recommendations of hotels or apartments to stay in.

There are some great deals on this website, https://www.transfertravel.com/listings, and the majority of them are kid friendly/ resorts with a pool which is always a big thing for kids.
