Lightweight stroller with sun canopy
UPF beach tent
travel blackout blind
Milton cold water sterilising unit (if you bottle feed)
Swimming ring float
UPF rash suit/swim suit
Swim nappies

We took a cheap paddling pool so that on the beach they could sit and splash in there. Also took stacking cups and a little watering can from home.

I do mean a very small inflatable padding pool, just big enough for the baby to sit in!

Take Sudocrem. You don’t want to start experimenting with unknown brands and it’s not available in many European countries.
It’s still my holy grail and my youngest is 18! Also good as a sun block.

Small first aid kit and a travel insurance. You will find pharmacies and doctors speaking English all over the island but you don't want to hunt down Calpol at 6am.

UV clothing.

Suncream, lots of it

Stacking cups and other small water toys, your older one may also want some toys.

Some food you know your child eats like cereals or food pouches you don't have to keep cool. The milk in Majorca is either UHT or long-lasting and tastes different, DD always went off milk and just ate her bodyweight in yoghurts.

Swim nappies, they are very expensive

You don't say where you are but there is a German chain called Müller in Palma and Alcudia which is basically a Boots and has all kind of baby stuff.
